Our Story
Founded in 2014, blossom-magpie emerged from a simple observation: Edinburgh's businesses wanted to reduce their environmental impact but lacked clear guidance on where to start.
Our founding team combined backgrounds in building physics, renewable energy engineering, and business strategy. We understood that sustainable energy decisions require both technical expertise and commercial awareness.
Over the past decade, we've grown from a two-person operation to a team of seven consultants, each bringing specialised knowledge in different aspects of energy efficiency and renewable systems. Our Edinburgh focus means we understand local conditions, regulations, and the specific challenges of Scotland's building stock.
